Course Overview:

  • Day 1: Introduction to The Taylor Ashe Antivenom Foundation, Emergency Contacts, Basics of Snake Biology and Ecology, Snake Identification, and Common Snakes in the Area.
  • Day 2: Snakebite First Aid, Identification and Management of Dangerous Scorpions, Snakebite Prevention Video, Practical Demonstration, and Audiovisual Sessions.

Target Audience: This course is open to anyone interested in learning more about snake awareness and first aid. Participants will gain valuable insights and practical skills, including identifying venomous snakes, implementing immediate first aid, and understanding snake behavior.
